Puchasing materials. The main materials are pape, handle, glue, ink, hardwares, foil membrane, waterproof membrane etc.

Plate making. We will make the design and mold according to the custom design pictures and size.

Cut paper based on the paper bag size. Priting the custom log design. Laminate the paper if it is required. Then we will die-cut the paper based on the mold. And some time, customers would need special design of papr bag shapes, die-cut handles, then we would cut the paper bags shape accordingly.

There are so many kinds of paper surface processing. Here we listed a few of them below. Hot stamping(Gold or Silver foil), debossing or embossing, UV glossy, laser, laminating. They can match most demand of our customers. The most important thing is that we company have all automatic machines to make these. Lower customer costs is our goals always.

The paper making have 2 different ways. Machine making and handmaking. Some time, paper bags processing is comparately simple, it can be made by automatic machine. It will be very quick, but having some limitations. And we have MOQ demand on machine making. If some paper bags is very complex, machines can not reach to the demand, we will produce by hand. Handmaking is slow, but we have large scale of handmaking workers, out daily output of handmade paper bag is 10000 pieces. Customers no need to worry about the delivery.
